Your trading data is your edge

In commodity trading, a firm’s information is its commercial advantage. Positions, contract terms, pricing logic, counterparty relationships, years of P&L. Nothing should leave the infrastructure you control.

That means that where the AI reads your data is critical. A model is only useful in trading if it can work with the sensitive material: contracts, prices, positions and the internal workflows that drive the desk. The more useful the model becomes, the closer it gets to the material that matters most. So what matters is where your data sits the moment you point AI at it.

Bring the AI to the data

There are two ways to connect a model to trading data. Send the data out to a model running on someone else’s infrastructure, or bring the model to where the data already lives.

Euclid AI deploys on client-owned infrastructure or inside Euclid's private Swiss data centre, connected directly to the CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management) platform. The model reads and processes your operational data inside the perimeter you control. Proprietary trading data stays within the controlled environment, rather than being sent to a third-party AI model.

Sovereign, in this context, is a deployment fact.

Document processing is the visible proof

The first place firms feel this is document entry. Contracts, invoices and confirmations arrive in dozens of formats, and processing them by hand is slow and error-prone. Euclid AI reads them across 50+ formats at 99.3% OCR accuracy, including handwritten contracts. Integrating a trading document falls from around eight minutes by hand to under ten seconds, close to 98% less time on data entry.

What the numbers are certainly matters, but so does where they happen. In this case, the speed comes from the same architecture as the sovereignty.

Private AI across the operational core

Once the model is inside the environment, it reaches the data that runs the business. Euclid AI already ingests market data from daily PDF reports, parsing commodity prices for automatic database updates without manual input. The same private assistant supports traders and new team members with instant, step-by-step guidance drawn from Euclid's own platform documentation.

These are the early capabilities of private AI across the five operational domains: Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance and Management. Because the model runs inside the client's environment, that reach can extend without the data leaving the perimeter it lives in.

Smart, sovereign CTRM

The argument comes back to the same point. Your positions, contracts and P&L are your commercial advantage. AI should put that advantage to work inside the environment you control. Euclid brings private AI to the operational core of commodity trading, on infrastructure that keeps the data where it belongs.
