These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website www.euclidts.com (the “Site”), operated by Euclid Trading Systems SA (“Euclid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Scope of agreement
It is important to distinguish between our public marketing materials and our proprietary software:
Website use: These Terms apply strictly to your use of the public informational website www.euclidts.com.
Platform use: Access to the Euclid CTRM Platform (including the Local AI modules) is governed by a separate, written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Software License Agreement executed privately between Euclid SA and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the MSA, the MSA shall control.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Euclid SA and are protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2.1 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our content.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site.
Use our trademarks (including “Euclid Trading Systems” and the Euclid logo) without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The materials on the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Euclid SA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
3.1 No Trading Advice
Information presented on this Site regarding commodity trading strategies, risk management, or AI capabilities is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal or trading advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Euclid SA, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of (or relating to) the use of, or inability to use, this Site.
